Description

BioGuard Balance Pak 200 raises pH in pool water. Keeping your pool’s pH level balanced helps prevent equipment corrosion, etching of plaster, and wrinkling of liners caused by low pH. It is also important to swimmer comfort as it prevents eye irritation due to low pH. In addition, many algaecides require the pH to be balanced in order to work properly. Specifications & Usage
  • Active Ingredient: 100% Sodium Carbonate.
  • Standard Dosage: 1 lb per 10,000 gallons of water to raise pH.
  • Application: Broadcast evenly across the pool surface with the pump running, usually in the deep end.
  • Wait Time: Allow water to circulate for 2 to 3 hours before retesting the pH level.

    Directions

    To raise pH, distribute a maximum of one pound per 10,000 gallons of water, directly into the deep end of the pool. Allow water to recirculate two to three hours, recheck pH, and repeat treatment if necessary.
